On June 28, Command 86 organized a meeting to celebrate Vietnamese Family Day (June 28) and the media in response to the Month of Action for Children and the National Month of Action on Prevention and Control of Domestic Violence.
The central report at the meeting showed that: In the past time, the Party committees and commanders at all levels of the 86th Command have had many policies and solutions to lead, direct and organize the implementation of population, family and children work with specific targets, measures and methods, close to the characteristics and actual conditions of each agency and unit; creating a favorable environment for all soldiers to have the conditions to build family happiness, care for and educate children, stabilize the rear, contributing to promoting the successful completion of political tasks of each agency and unit.

Typically, information, propaganda and education work has been promoted with many diverse forms, rich content, closely linked with activities and emulation movements of agencies and units. Thereby contributing to raising awareness and changing behavior in a positive direction in implementing the Party's guidelines, policies and the State's laws on population, family and children.

In addition, Party committees and commanders at all levels have also implemented well the policy work, consultation, and annual health check-ups for 100% of the subjects; promptly grasped the circumstances of military families, and had measures to support and encourage soldiers to work with peace of mind: Command 86 has 7 soldiers who are infertile. Up to now, 4 cases have been supported with a total amount of 200 million VND; of which 1 comrade has a child and 1 comrade is pregnant; 3 comrades have been supported to build a Comrades' House with a total value of 240 million VND.
During the program, Command 86 awarded Certificates to 8 outstanding military families in the 2018-2023 period; and awarded Certificates of Merit to 4 children of officers and employees working in the Command, who achieved high academic achievements in the 2022-2023 school year.

Speaking at the meeting, Major General Pham Quoc Hoa, Deputy Commissar and Political Director of Command 86, sent his best wishes to the military families in the entire unit and acknowledged and commended the achievements of agencies and units in caring for the material and spiritual lives of officers and employees, doing a good job of protecting and caring for children and building happy families.
To promote the achieved results, build and expand many exemplary military families in the coming time, Major General Pham Quoc Hoa requested: Party committees and commanders at all levels continue to do a good job of ideological education and management of troops; thoroughly grasp and effectively implement the Party's guidelines, policies, State laws, and military discipline on gender equality and family.

Along with that, women's organizations continue to proactively and actively propagate, educate and mobilize women to practice the good qualities of military women, build women of the Command "Intelligence, courage, discipline, humanity"; improve the quality of staff work, propose practical measures and activities to contribute to preventing domestic violence, caring for and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of women and children.
Officers and soldiers in the Command need to voluntarily cultivate and practice political qualities, moral qualities, and a healthy lifestyle of revolutionary soldiers; say no to domestic violence and social evils; join hands with the community to build each "family cell" of society to be truly healthy and beautiful.
