Always raising vigilance, proactively grasping the situation, promptly advising and coordinating to effectively handle situations in cyberspace, not being passive or surprised; gradually affirming the position and role of the Command in performing the task of building and protecting national sovereignty in cyberspace. In all conditions and circumstances, officers, employees and soldiers of the 86th Command always affirm their steadfast political will, ready to receive and excellently complete tasks; Building the image of "Elite cyber warfare soldier", contributing to preserving and beautifying the image of "Uncle Ho's soldiers" in the new situation.

Over the past 5 years, through the emulation movement to win, Command 86 has built 13 collectives and 39 individuals who are typical and advanced in all aspects at the Command level; 24 collectives and 37 individuals who are typical and advanced in all aspects of work. Speaking at the Congress, on behalf of the Central Military Commission, the Ministry of National Defense and the General Department of Politics of the Vietnam People's Army, Senior Lieutenant General Trinh Van Quyet commended the outstanding achievements of Command 86 in implementing the emulation movement to win the period 2019-2024, especially the typical advanced collectives and individuals commended and rewarded at the Congress.
