On the afternoon of December 25, the Quang Ninh Provincial Military Command held a conference to coordinate the recruitment of citizens for military service in 2025. Colonel Le Trong Hoa, Deputy Commander and Chief of Staff of the Provincial Military Command, chaired the conference. Also attending were representatives of military units of the Ministry of National Defense, Military Region 3 and localities in the province.
In 2024, the Provincial Military Command closely coordinated with the military units to finalize the records and military handover lists. The military units also closely coordinated in the military reception to ensure requirements. At the same time, the military units also conducted training close to the actual situation and content and programs according to regulations; promoting the role and responsibility of agencies and units in training management.
Based on the results achieved and the shortcomings in 2024, the delegates agreed on the criteria for selecting and calling citizens to join the army according to the 2015 Law on Military Service and the circulars of the Ministry of National Defense on the criteria for selecting, time of coordination, finalizing the number of troops; ensuring military uniforms, means of transport, methods of organizing the ceremony of handing over and receiving troops; and the work of checking and re-examining the health of newly enlisted soldiers. This is the basis for districts, towns, cities and units receiving troops to proactively coordinate and coordinate in handing over and receiving troops, completing the assigned targets.
In order to coordinate the selection of citizens for military service closely and complete the assigned targets in 2025, Colonel Le Trong Hoa, Deputy Commander, Chief of Staff of the Provincial Military Command, requested units and localities to continue to strictly implement the documents of the Ministry of National Defense, Military Region 3 and the People's Committee of Quang Ninh province on the assignment of numbers, selection and calling of citizens for military service. Units and localities must agree with the receiving unit on the time and location, finalize the list of records, and ensure logistics in receiving citizens for military service. In addition, it is necessary to continue to carry out well the work of taking care of the military's rear policies.
