Military Region 3 Command inspects training preparation at Quang Ninh Provincial Military Command

On the afternoon of February 13, the working delegation of Military Region 3 led by Colonel Dinh Dinh Truong, Deputy Chief of Staff of the Military Region, inspected the preparation for training in 2025 at the Quang Ninh Provincial Military Command. Receiving and working with the delegation were Colonel Khuc Thanh Du, member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Commander of the Provincial Military Command; Colonel Nguyen Quang Hien, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Political Commissar of the Provincial Military Command.

The working group comprehensively inspected all aspects of training preparation for 2025 in terms of material preparation, teaching model; plans, lesson plans, training schedules and training grounds; cadre training, training practice; building discipline, discipline management; Party work order, political work and logistics and technical support work.

The working delegation of the Military Region 3 Command inspected the teaching aid model of the Uong Bi City Military Command.

Through the inspection, the delegation highly appreciated the fact that the Party committees, commanders at all levels, officers and soldiers of the Quang Ninh Provincial Military Command have strictly implemented the military and defense work orders and combat training orders of the Military Region Commander; the system of documents directing training work is complete and synchronous; materials and teaching aids are made according to specifications. More than 1,025 shooting targets have been renewed, there are 69 initiatives and improvements in teaching aid models, many units have applied information technology in training with good results. The training ground system at all levels has been planned and invested in a systematic manner, meeting the requirements of training tasks. Party and political work activities have been comprehensively deployed in all aspects; the ideological situation of officers and soldiers is stable, ready to receive and complete tasks well. Good logistics and technical work is ensured for regular and unexpected tasks.

Concluding the inspection, Colonel Dinh Dinh Truong, Deputy Chief of Staff of Military Region 3, acknowledged and highly appreciated the sense of responsibility of officers and soldiers of agencies and units in preparing for training in 2025. At the same time, he requested the Quang Ninh Provincial Military Command to direct agencies and units to thoroughly overcome the limitations pointed out by the inspection team; continue to review all documents, plans, books, facilities, teaching models, and lesson plans before entering training, and immediately focus on directing the good implementation of preparations for the 2025 Training Launch Ceremony, practicing the transition to combat readiness at all levels... to ensure the successful completion of tasks right from the first day and first month of the year.
