Commending typical and advanced female workers and civil servants in studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style

On the occasion of the 93rd anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam Women's Union, on October 18, the Provincial Labor Federation held a conference to commend typical female workers and civil servants in studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style in the period 2021 - 2023.

Attending the conference were comrades: Tran Song Tung, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Do Viet Anh, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission; leaders of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department, and socio-political organizations in the province.

With the motto that union officials at all levels must be shining examples in studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style; training and cultivating morality must be associated with the responsibility of setting an example. In recent years, female workers and civil servants in the province have set an example through specific actions and deeds, contributing to consolidating and enhancing the prestige of union members. They have enthusiastically participated in patriotic emulation movements and campaigns such as: "Good worker, creative worker", "Good at national work, good at housework"...

Many female union officials have actively and proactively grasped the situation of union members, workers and civil servants in the area, promptly proposed policies and solutions to the Party Committee and authorities at the same level; regularly innovated thinking in directing and operating in a close, specific, grassroots-oriented direction; mobilized resources from partners and philanthropists to support the construction of union shelters, and support union members in difficult circumstances...

Coordinate to promptly resolve key tasks and outstanding issues at the facility; promptly propose to the Board of Directors and the Company Director to increase welfare regimes, ensure a safe working environment for employees; organize well emulation movements in the company to attract many active union members to participate. Thereby contributing to helping the Trade Union organization increasingly affirm its role in protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests of employees...

Over the past 3 years, Trade Union organizations at all levels in the province have visited and supported union members and workers in difficult circumstances with 30,860 gifts worth 12.4 billion VND; mobilized resources to support the construction and repair of 37 "Trade Union Shelters" with a total amount of 1.9 billion VND...

To encourage female workers and civil servants with outstanding achievements in studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle; to raise awareness and responsibility of Trade Unions at all levels in leading, directing and implementing the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle in conjunction with effectively implementing political and professional goals and tasks, contributing to building an increasingly strong Trade Union organization.

At the conference, the Provincial Federation of Labor commended and awarded certificates of typical advances in studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style in the period of 2021 - 2023 to 255 female workers and civil servants representing over 80,000 female union members and workers and civil servants in the whole province.
