That was the content given at the meeting to deploy the organization of the festival and Cua Lo sea tourism year 2025 chaired by Ms. Tran Thi Cam Tu - Vice Chairman of Vinh City People's Committee - on March 18.
According to the plan, the Cua Lo Sea Tourism Festival 2025 is expected to officially open on April 19, with many special activities such as: tourism product fair, OCOP products, street art and culture, elegant female student contest...
The festival was assigned by the People's Committee of Nghe An province to the People's Committee of Vinh city to preside over and coordinate with relevant units and departments to build a series of activities.
In particular, to contribute to promoting the image of Cua Lo tourism in particular and Nghe An in general, as a safe, friendly and hospitable destination, in 2025, Vinh city plans to install a shower system along Binh Minh beach to help tourists conveniently after swimming; build free parking lots.
In addition, Vinh city also encourages restaurants and hotels to expand free wifi networks to serve tourists.
This is the first time Cua Lo has had many innovations during the beach tourism season since merging its entire administrative boundaries into Vinh city from December 1, 2024.

According to the Department of Economic Infrastructure and Urban Areas of Vinh City, it is expected that along Cua Lo beach, there will be about 16 free shower spots for people. In addition, public toilets will also be located in the shower area.
Each shower point is installed with 3-6 stainless steel fresh water shower columns, about 2m high, each column has 4 nozzles that can accommodate 4-6 people bathing at the same time.
Along with installing shower stations, Vinh city also repaired and upgraded 18 free public parking lots.
At the meeting, Ms. Tu requested that units urgently review the design plan for maintenance, repair, upgrading, and embellishment of public items funded for investment to ensure synchronization and harmony with the general landscape of the beach, full functionality, and scale to meet the requirements for serving Cua Lo beach tourism activities in 2025.
Sponsored items are used for public purposes, serving the general public and tourists; business organizations and collection of fees for any related activities and services are not allowed until there is another decision by the competent authority.
In 2024, Cua Lo will welcome more than 5 million visitors, with estimated revenue of VND 5,130 billion.
In 2025, Vinh city strives to welcome Cua Lo to 6.9 million visitors, of which 3.2 million will be overnight visitors and 130,000 will be international visitors. Revenue from tourism activities will reach 7,000 billion VND.
