Following the success of CEO 01 training course for directors of member units, from November 22, 2024 to December 21, 2024, Viglacera College coordinated with the Corporation's Labor Organization Department to successfully organize the training course "Professional Executive Director - CEO2" for officers planning for the Director position, who are currently Deputy Directors and managers working directly at member companies and subsidiaries in Viglacera Corporation - JSC.
The closing ceremony took place with the presence of Ms. Cao Thi Nhung - Head of Labor Organization Department of Viglacera Corporation - JSC, Ms. Nguyen Thi Hai Yen - Principal of Viglacera College; Mr. Pham Ngoc Bao - Director of ITC Consulting and Training Joint Stock Company, and all students from Companies in the Viglacera system.
This course aims to equip students with the necessary knowledge and skills to meet the requirements of modern work. The new point of this course is the innovation in organization. Students experienced four days of studying and resting at Angsana Quan Lan Hotel, which creates a focused, separate learning space, avoiding the influence of external factors. This helps students optimize the process of acquiring knowledge and improving learning efficiency. For the remaining topics, students were trained in the VIP room of the Traditional House of the Corporation, which is fully equipped with modern and convenient learning equipment, providing a professional and effective learning experience. The training program not only focuses on the main pillars of corporate governance and business strategy, but also focuses on developing leadership, management and creative thinking skills, especially with the content of VUCA 4.0 Strategy. This is an important preparation step to build a strong next generation of leaders ready to cope with the changes and complexities of the modern business environment to meet the sustainable development requirements of the Corporation.
