Speaking at the ceremony, journalist Vu Hoai Nam - Editor-in-Chief of Vietnam Law Newspaper, Head of the Organizing Committee, assessed: The judicial and legal fields have made great contributions to the development of the country, however, the contributions of judicial and legal officials are sometimes not given due attention. Therefore, Vietnam Law Newspaper always strives to replicate and spread these examples, building many advanced models, thereby promoting the spirit of respect for the law and building a socialist rule of law state.

Journalist Vu Hoai Nam said that from 2009-2010, the Newspaper organized many writing contests about typical examples such as: Judicial Exemplary Contest, writing contest about typical businessmen... From those ideas, PLVN Newspaper was determined to build a program bearing the mark of the Judicial sector.
Accordingly, in 2021, immediately after the Project on the Program for voting and honoring "Legal Exemplars" was approved by the leaders of the Ministry of Justice, the Newspaper successfully organized the 2021 Program. Following that, the 2023 Program was also very successful, creating a widespread effect, receiving great attention from many officials, state agencies and people.
Towards the 80th anniversary of the traditional day of the Vietnamese Judiciary (August 28, 1945 - August 28, 2025) and the 6th Patriotic Emulation Congress of the Judiciary; Celebrating the 40th anniversary of the first issue of Vietnam Law Newspaper (July 10, 1985 - July 10, 2025); Welcoming the Vietnamese Law Day on November 9, 2025, PLVN Newspaper continues to launch the 3rd Program of Voting and Honoring Good Law Examples (2025) to spread the spirit of respect for the law and humanistic values.

In addition to individuals residing in Vietnam, this year's voting subjects also include Vietnamese citizens living and working abroad who have achievements and contributions to the process of building, organizing and enforcing the law. At the end of the Program, the Organizing Committee will select 50 shining examples to honor.
On this occasion, Editor-in-Chief Vu Hoai Nam also expressed his thanks and hopes to continue receiving the attention of agencies, departments, sectors, sponsors, and media agencies so that the program can be successfully organized.
At the launching ceremony, Mr. Le Ve Quoc - Director of the Department of Legal Dissemination and Education, Ministry of Justice, Member of the Voting Council, assessed that this is a meaningful event, aiming to spread the spirit of respecting the Constitution and the law widely through honoring those with achievements and contributions in the work of building and enforcing the law.

Mr. Le Ve Quoc assessed that the 3rd "Legal Mirror" voting and honoring program was organized methodically, elaborately, closely and fairly by PLVN Newspaper. The ceremony to honor Legal Mirrors became a highlight in the series of activities responding to Vietnam Law Day. The leaders of the Department of Legal Dissemination and Education also pledged to continue to accompany, stand side by side, and closely coordinate with PLVN Newspaper so that the program can be organized more methodically and effectively.
Speaking at the ceremony, Associate Professor, Dr., National Assembly Deputy Nguyen Chu Hoi, representing the 2023 Legal Exemplars, said that this is a very important event in the context of the country increasingly paying attention to the work of building and enforcing laws. According to him, along with the development of the country, the requirements for the quality of laws are increasingly high, and the spirit of respect for the law is also promoted.
"I highly appreciate the significance of the Program to vote and honor Legal Exemplars in the current context. I believe that with the experience of organizing previous years, the 3rd Program will continue to select worthy Exemplars with many young faces who have made positive contributions," said Associate Professor, Dr. Nguyen Chu Hoi.
