Speaking at the live dialogue and online exchange, Deputy Editor-in-Chief of the Capital Labor Newspaper Dinh Tuan Anh said: When participating in labor relations, any employee is interested in the benefits for themselves, especially in terms of salary, bonus, social insurance (SI)... Along with that, a clean, safe working environment is also what all employees desire.
Deputy Editor-in-Chief of the Capital Labor Newspaper Dinh Tuan Anh presents gifts to employees who answer the exchange questions correctly.
However, because the regimes and policies related to the rights of employees are regularly adjusted by State management agencies to suit the reality; meanwhile, many employers and employees are busy with work or for objective reasons, do not have the conditions to learn and update, including policies on wages, social insurance, occupational safety and hygiene... This has caused the implementation of legal policies in some places and at some times to be ineffective and many employees have their rights disadvantaged.
The Deputy Editor-in-Chief of the Capital Labor Newspaper added that in order for the Direct Dialogue and Online Exchange to be most effective, the Organizing Committee invited leading experts in the field of labor law and occupational safety and health, ready to answer questions and concerns of workers. The Organizing Committee hopes that union members and workers will not miss the opportunity to exchange and dialogue, boldly share their problems, and ask questions directly to the experts.
This is a practical activity with the motto of focusing on the grassroots and workers, responding to Workers' Month, Action Month on Occupational Safety and Health in 2023 and welcoming the Trade Union Congresses at all levels, term 2023 - 2028.
The dialogue is an opportunity for union members and workers to learn and grasp knowledge related to wage policies and occupational safety and health issues. From there, workers can protect their own legitimate rights and interests in labor relations; at the same time, protect themselves from occupational safety and health risks at the workplace and proactively prevent occupational diseases.
