On November 12, Permanent Vice Chairman of Nghe An Provincial People's Committee Le Hong Vinh signed a decision to administratively sanction Son Nam Joint Stock Company with a fine of more than 100 million VND.

The penalty decision stated that Son Nam Joint Stock Company committed 4 administrative violations. Among them, this unit did not establish a record of occupational environmental hygiene for harmful factors and occupational disease prevention according to the provisions of law. For the above violation, the company was fined 1.5 million VND.

The company did not pay social insurance and unemployment insurance for enough employees who were required to participate in compulsory social insurance and unemployment insurance, but did not evade payment for 2 employees with an amount of more than 57 million VND.

Son Nam Joint Stock Company did not pay enough health insurance for the number of employees required to participate in health insurance for 2 employees required to participate in health insurance with the amount of 9,627,390 VND. For this violation, after applying mitigating circumstances, the Company was fined 2 million VND.

The total fine that Son Nam Joint Stock Company must pay to the Nghe An provincial budget is more than 112 million VND.

Son Nam Joint Stock Company (headquartered in Area B, Nam Cam Industrial Park, Nghi Loc District, Nghe An Province) is an enterprise that owns a factory producing superfine white stone powder with an area of ​​5.6 hectares.

Each year, this enterprise produces and supplies the market with 150,000 tons of uncoated and stearic acid coated superfine stone powder products, meeting the needs of industries such as: Paint, paper, rubber, plastic, glass, ceramics, and plastics.
