Implementing the Resolution of the 10th National Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, term 2024 - 2029 and Action Program No. 4 on "Promoting the role of mastery and self-management of the People, building a united, prosperous and happy residential area", on the morning of March 18, in Hanoi, Ms. To Thi Bich Chau, Vice President of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front chaired a meeting with the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism to discuss a plan to coordinate and unify the content of the guidelines for building a "united, prosperous and happy residential area".
Presenting the draft Guidelines for implementing the construction of a united, prosperous and happy residential area, Mr. Cao Xuan Thao, Head of the Social Mobilization Department of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, said that the construction of a united, prosperous and happy residential area is based on the mobilization to build a cultural residential area, promoting the role of the Front, promoting the spirit of self-management of the people; ensuring the leadership and direction of the Party Committee, the close coordination of the government and mass organizations. Community supervision: Preventing violations and negativity from the grassroots
Promoting the functions of supervision, detection and recommendation, the People's Inspectorate and the Community Investment Supervision Board in Bac Ninh province have participated in supervising thousands of cases. The effective participation of the Front at all levels has contributed to preventing violations and negativity, improving the quality of investment resources at the grassroots level.
Mr. Pham Trong Muoi - Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Chau Phong commune said that the members of the People's Inspection Committee and the Community Investment Supervision Committee are prestigious people with knowledge of legal policies and elected by the Front Working Committees and the people. Removing temporary and dilapidated houses brings joy of "settling down and making a living"
With the drastic participation of the government and the cooperation of the community, up to now, thousands of houses in Thai Nguyen province have been newly built and repaired, bringing a more stable and safe life to the people. Through implementation, Thai Nguyen province also sets the goal of implementing social security policies well, improving the quality of life for the people.
With great determination, in recent times, localities in the province have mobilized the participation of the entire political system and the community. A typical example is Phu Luong district, which is accelerating the progress of eliminating temporary and dilapidated houses, striving to complete the construction and repair of 261 temporary and dilapidated houses in the area by the end of March 2025.
