The Provincial Party Standing Committee gives opinions on matters within its authority.

On the morning of March 21, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee held a conference to give opinions and policies on socio-economic issues and some other issues under its authority. Comrade Truong Quoc Huy, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation chaired the conference.

Attending the conference were comrade Dinh Thi Lua, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee of the provincial Party agencies; comrades members of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee; Standing Committee of the People's Council, leaders of the Provincial People's Committee; representatives of the Central Party Building Committees; heads of relevant departments and branches, the Provincial Party Committee Office, the Office of the National Assembly Delegation and the Provincial People's Council, and the Provincial People's Committee Office.

At the conference, the representative of the Provincial Party Committee presented a report on socio-economic contents to request the opinion of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee on the investment policy of construction investment projects: Urban area combined with current residential improvement in Tan Tuu ward, Kim Bang town; urban area combined with current residential improvement in Thinh Dai residential group, Dai Cuong ward, Kim Bang town; urban area combined with urban renovation and improvement in the western area of Chau Giang ward, Duy Tien town; urban area combined with urban improvement in Tan Tuu ward, Kim Bang town.

Presenting reports on: proposal documents for the investment project to build a sports complex south of Vo Nguyen Giap Street; documents requesting approval of the investment policy for the investment project to build a high-quality General Hospital in Lam Ha ward, Phu Ly city; on the implementation of procedures for establishing Thai Ha industrial cluster, Duc Ly industrial cluster, Ly Nhan district; on the issuance of the Decision to establish the Steering Committee for science and technology development, innovation and digital transformation in Ha Nam province.

Concluding this content, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Truong Quoc Huy emphasized: The Provincial Party Committee agrees with the policy of the socio-economic contents presented at the conference, and requests the Provincial Party Committee Office to promptly issue the conclusions of the Standing Committee for localities, departments and branches to implement. Request relevant departments and branches to promptly deploy and speed up the implementation of projects when the conclusions of the Standing Committee are available.
