(QNO) - On August 17, the Provincial People's Committee decided to stop implementation and hand over the status quo of the Son Vien resettlement area projects, Duy Hai resettlement area phase 2, Duy Hai resettlement area phase 3 for Duy Xuyen district People's Committee to take over management and continue investment.
The Provincial People's Committee requests the Duy Xuyen District People's Committee to prepare documents and procedures to organize the implementation of the remaining parts of the above 3 projects in accordance with the law on public investment on the basis of inheriting the approved investment project documents and construction drawing design documents, allocating funding from the district budget and using the targeted provincial budget support in Decision 3388 of the Provincial People's Committee for implementation.
The above projects were previously implemented by Ky Ha Chu Lai Quang Nam Investment and Development Joint Stock Company. Therefore, the Provincial People's Committee requested this unit to coordinate with Duy Xuyen District People's Committee and the Department of Construction to organize the handover of the above projects to Duy Xuyen District People's Committee for management and continued investment.
At the same time, establish a record of the volume of work performed at the technical stop, prepare records and procedures to send to the competent authority to check the acceptance work, prepare settlement procedures to hand over the invested value to the People's Committee of Duy Xuyen district and handle issues related to the projects.
The Provincial People's Committee also requested relevant departments and branches to continue implementing the Provincial People's Committee's directive documents related to these 3 projects and promptly advise the Provincial People's Committee to resolve the contents and tasks according to their authority and regulations.
