Today, April 4, the Party Committee and Command of the Border Guard of Quang Tri province held a conference to hand over the position of deputy political commissar of the Border Guard. Colonel Dinh Xuan Hung, Secretary of the Party Committee and Political Commissar of the provincial Border Guard chaired the conference.
Accordingly, implementing the decision of the Minister of National Defense, Colonel Ngo Xuan Thuong, Deputy Commissar of the Provincial Border Guard, was placed on retirement leave according to the regime and Lieutenant Colonel Ho Phu Vinh, Deputy Chief of Political Affairs of the Provincial Border Guard, was appointed to the position of Deputy Commissar of the Provincial Border Guard.
