On the evening of November 19, the Top 100 best places to work in Vietnam 2024 were announced from the evaluation of more than 700 businesses and 65,000 experienced workers in 18 fields and industries.
This year, besides familiar businesses such as Unilever, Vingroup, FPT… GELEX was named for the first time.
Best Places to Work in Vietnam is an annual workplace ranking, sponsored by the Vietnam Federation of Commerce and Industry (VCCI). The assessment model and methodology are verified by market research company Intage Vietnam. This is the 11th year the list has been published, to recognize the efforts of businesses in building an ideal working environment.
Originating from the investment group model with continuous M&A activities, GELEX currently owns many enterprises with a long history of development. The group currently has nearly 10,000 employees, combining the young, dynamic generation and the experienced generation, creating new winds and breakthrough ideas.
In the recent period, GELEX recorded a stable growth rate. In 2024 alone, GELEX exceeded the annual profit plan by 30% after only 10 months. For 5 consecutive years, the company has been ranked in the Top 50 Most Profitable Enterprises in Vietnam in 2024. GELEX's brand value also increased by 55% after only 1 year (from 2023-2024), being in the "TOP 100 Most Valuable Brands in Vietnam in 2024".
Ms. Mai Thi Minh Thu, Director of Human Resources Department of GELEX Group, shared: “GELEX's Board of Directors always identifies the quality of employees as the decisive factor for the organization's success.
