The key to creating double benefits
Today’s consumers are not only concerned with the quality of products and services, but also expect businesses to demonstrate responsibility towards society and the environment. Therefore, CSR is no longer an option, but has become a core factor helping businesses develop sustainably.
According to research by Kantar (a subsidiary of WPP plc specializing in market research, consulting and vision, headquartered in London), companies that are highly rated for positive social impact have a brand value growth rate 175% higher than those with low impact. This shows that CSR not only helps enhance brand image but also drives long-term development.

Not stopping there, CSR also creates advantages in attracting and retaining talent, while increasing the attractiveness of businesses in the eyes of investors thanks to a strong commitment to sustainable development.
In Vietnam, more and more businesses are building a systematic CSR strategy, actively contributing to the community with clear commitments and consistent actions. Pioneering names such as Vinamilk, ACB, Vingroup, FPT… have proven that business development can go hand in hand with social responsibility.
GELEX is no exception to this trend. With a system of nearly 50 member companies and nearly 10,000 employees, GELEX not only plays an important role in the economy but also creates meaningful impacts on society. GELEX's development strategy not only aims at economic growth but also focuses on sustainable development, contributing to environmental protection and the common happiness of the community.

Prioritize funding for health, education and human development
GELEX's commitment to sustainability is not only a guideline but also permeates every activity of the Group. Constantly innovating, GELEX focuses on developing green products and applying modern production technology to minimize environmental impacts. Industrial real estate projects, industrial parks and office buildings all strictly comply with international environmental standards, aiming for a sustainable development ecosystem.
Not only that, GELEX also creates a civilized working environment, ensures comprehensive welfare regimes, and opens up development opportunities for employees. In particular, the enterprise is always persistent in its mission for the community through practical activities. In recent times, the annual budget that GELEX spends to sponsor the fields of health, education and human development has been increasing.
Through social activities and relationships, GELEX awards scholarships to disadvantaged students in many localities such as Hanoi, Ha Nam, Nghe An... helping them confidently go to school, nurture their dreams and develop themselves.
At the end of 2024, GELEX Group supported the Miet Vuon Library in Hoa Ninh commune, Long Ho district, Vinh Long province to add bookshelves, bookshelves, creative play tools, etc., contributing to creating positive changes in reading culture, helping the local young generation have more opportunities to access knowledge.
After renovation, A9 Emergency Center and Stroke Center have more fully equipped and comfortable patient rooms.
In the healthcare sector, GELEX has paid special attention to end-of-line healthcare facilities - which are often overloaded. A GELEX representative said: "Adding more resources to hospitals helps people have more access to high-quality healthcare services. In particular, we also want to contribute to creating an effective working environment for the team of doctors and nurses, who are always responsible and passionate about the career of curing and saving lives."
With that strong commitment, GELEX recently donated a medical equipment package with a total committed sponsorship value of up to 130 billion VND to Hanoi Children's Hospital, including specialized machinery and equipment, supporting the improvement of diagnosis and treatment efficiency. The company also supported the entire cost of renovating the A9 Emergency Center and the Stroke Center - Bach Mai Hospital (Hanoi).
GELEX Group's business activities always incorporate social responsibility, especially in the fields of Health, Education and Human Development, through practical actions.

It is a journey of sowing happiness, a clear demonstration of GELEX's sharing culture - where social responsibility is not only a commitment, but also a practical action for a sustainable community development.
