The natural cosmetics brand Co Mem was founded in 2015 by Master of Pharmacy Thuan Thao and his colleagues. Co Mem started out as a small lab in Ms. Thuan Thao's apartment. There, she began her research journey with the first rice lip balm for her little daughter.

Her dream of spreading green products was also ignited from here. After establishing Co Mem, she and her colleagues worked together in a small apartment, then 3 years later, in 2018, Co Mem began the journey of greening the brand through a chain of offline stores nationwide.
From the first store in Hoang Cau - Hanoi, after 8 years, Co Mem now owns a chain of 43 exclusive stores of its own. Exclusive stores mean not franchising but directly operated by the brand. This is a costly model because it requires investment in both finance and human resources, but Co Mem still chooses to pursue it, because it demonstrates the meticulousness, dedication and consistency of the brand.

Up to now, Co Mem is also proud to be a natural cosmetics brand that owns a closed business model: from raw material growing area - professional RD room - modern CGMP standard factory - widespread chain of stores. This not only helps Co Mem ensure product quality from raw material to consumer, but also is a distribution channel that helps customers increase touch points with the brand, helping the brand understand its customers better.

The Co Mem chain of stores started with store number 1, Hoang Cau, which was officially opened in July 2018. Up to now, Co Mem has owned a chain of up to 43 stores, mainly concentrated in big cities such as Hanoi, Hai Phong, Da Nang, Nghe An, Ho Chi Minh City, Binh Duong, Can Tho, ... becoming a reputable and familiar place to shop for natural cosmetics for Vietnamese consumers.
