3 in 1 SH Today Hai Duong Cosmetics Melasma Cream - Box of 1 bottle of 15g, Registration number: SCB: 005217/19/CBMP-HCM; Batch number: 0404024; Manufacturing date: April 8, 2024. The organization responsible for bringing the product to market and manufacturing is Hai Duong Cosmetics Production and Trading Company Limited.
The Drug Administration Department decided to recall the product because the test sample did not meet quality standards and contained Propylparaben, which was not included in the product formula and had been granted a cosmetic product declaration receipt number.
The Drug Administration of Vietnam has suspended the circulation and recalled nationwide a batch of Gia Minh baby shower gel products - Box of 1 bottle of 180 ml, Batch number: 082024; Manufacturing date: August 19, 2024; Expiry date: August 18, 2027, manufactured by HD Gia Minh Trading Company Limited; Quang Xanh Pharmaceutical and Cosmetic Company Limited. The product testing sample of this enterprise did not meet the quality standards for the limit of microorganisms in cosmetics as prescribed.
The third product that was suspended from circulation and recalled nationwide is the batch of Nairem Collagen skin whitening cream - Box of 1 bottle of 8g, Batch number: 01; Manufacturing date: June 14, 2024. The product is being marketed and manufactured by Nhat Viet Cosmetics Production and Trading One Member Co., Ltd. (Hiep Binh Chanh Ward, Thu Duc City, Ho Chi Minh City).
This company's product testing sample did not meet quality standards because it contained Propylparaben, which was not included in the product formula ingredients that had been granted a Cosmetic Product Declaration Receipt Number.
The Drug Administration of Vietnam requests local health departments to notify cosmetic businesses and users in the area to immediately stop selling and using the above-mentioned product batch and return it to the product supplier; recall and destroy violating product batches; inspect and supervise units implementing this notice; and handle violators according to current regulations.
