Ha Nam Ninh province is divided into which localities?

On August 9, the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism issued Decision No. 2326/QD-BVHTTDL on announcing the list of National Intangible Cultural Heritage with "Pho Nam Dinh".
Accordingly, "Pho Nam Dinh" was included by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism in the list of national intangible cultural heritage in the form of folk knowledge, meeting all the criteria: representative, expressing community and local identity, reflecting cultural diversity and human creativity, being inherited through many generations, having the ability to recover and exist long-term, being agreed upon by the community, voluntarily nominated and committed to protection.
This is considered the initial basis for the Government to submit to the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) for consideration and inclusion of Nam Dinh pho in the list of representative intangible cultural heritage of humanity.
