The center of the project is a stone stele recording the names of 33 martyrs, including full information about each martyr such as full name, year of birth, hometown, rank, unit, enlistment, and death. The stele is made of Thanh Hoa green stone, made by artisans in Hoa Lu district, Ninh Binh province. Located in the center of Ma Le commune (Dong Van district, Ha Giang province), the stele house not only demonstrates the heroic sacrifice of generations of officers and soldiers of the Vietnam People's Army, but also shows the deep affection and sincere gratitude of later generations to the generations of fathers and brothers who fell for national independence.
