(NLDO) - Mr. Nguyen Phuoc Loc, Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee, Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City Fatherland Front Committee, hopes that the families of the martyrs will overcome their losses and soon stabilize their lives.
On December 19, in Binh Thuan province, a working delegation of the City Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ho Chi Minh City, led by Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee and Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee Nguyen Phuoc Loc, visited the families of martyrs who died in the 2024 Military Region 7 defense exercise, on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam People's Army (December 22, 1944 - December 22, 2024).
Also joining the delegation were representatives of the Ho Chi Minh City Command; Ho Chi Minh City Women's Union; Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee Office.

The delegation visited, shared and encouraged the families of martyrs of Battalion 17, Division 5, Military Region 7, who died during a defensive combat exercise of Military Region 7 in Xuan Loc district, Dong Nai province.

Among the martyrs, Binh Thuan province had 6 martyrs including: Pham Ngoc Hieu, Bui Hy Lap (all from La Gi town); Nguyen Trong Hoa, Nguyen Ho Gia Huy, Vo Thanh Hieu, Thong Minh Kiet (all from Ham Thuan Nam district).
Here, Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee, Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City Fatherland Front Committee Nguyen Phuoc Loc and the delegation offered incense to commemorate the 6 martyrs.
Mr. Nguyen Phuoc Loc kindly visited and encouraged the families of martyrs and expressed his condolences to the families of martyrs who died while on duty. At the same time, he hoped that the families would overcome their loss and soon stabilize their lives.
