42,755 participants in the online contest on administrative reform in Hai Duong province

The Organizing Committee of the Online Contest to promote administrative reform in Hai Duong province held a meeting to summarize the contest after the first time it was held.

Taking place from November 18 to December 13, the online contest to promote administrative reform in Hai Duong province attracted the participation of many cadres, civil servants and public employees from agencies, units and localities in the province.

Many agencies, units and localities have paid attention to implementing and responding to the contest widely among their staff, civil servants and public employees.

All 18 departments, branches, and 12 district-level People's Committees and 207 commune-level People's Committees participated in the contest. Of which, 8 departments, branches, and 3 district-level People's Committees had a participation rate of nearly 100%.

In 4 weeks, more than 26,000 people, including officials, civil servants, and public employees of administrative agencies and public service units, registered to take the exam (accounting for 63% of the total number of officials, civil servants, and public employees) with a total of 42,755 exams.

However, some localities and units have not paid attention to implementing the contest or have implemented it but have not had any form of encouragement, monitoring, and urging of cadres, civil servants, and public employees to participate in the contest. There are units at the department level and 2 district-level People's Committees with participation rates below 30%.

At the meeting of the contest's organizing committee on the afternoon of December 26, Comrade Nguyen Minh Hung, Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee affirmed that with careful and methodical preparation, the contest has attracted the attention and understanding of many cadres, civil servants and public employees in the province. Thereby, it has made an important contribution to the dissemination of the meaning and importance of administrative reform.

Comrade Nguyen Minh Hung requested careful preparation for the award ceremony and the contest summary, scheduled to take place on December 30, to honor the winning collectives and individuals and the agencies, units and individuals who contributed to the success of the contest.

At the same time, research and continue to improve quality, expand the contestants to all people to innovate and widely propagate administrative reform and legal regulations.
