“The house and land at plot number 223, map sheet number 16 is located at Lot 14 - Area B2-3 - Da Nang Real Estate and Marina Project, Nai Hien Dong Ward, Son Tra District, Da Nang City according to the Certificate of land use rights, house ownership rights and other assets attached to land number CR 809921, registration number of the certificate: CT 56734 issued by the Department of Natural Resources and Environment of Da Nang City on January 16, 2020, updated change of ownership on September 29, 2021 in the name of Mr. Nguyen Hoang Hai and Ms. Nguyen Thi Minh Huong.

Property attached to land: Property type: single-family house; Construction area: 118.8m2 - Floor area: 374.2 m2; Form of ownership: private ownership; Level (class): level III.

Sell/transfer according to actual condition of property.

The auction winner is responsible for contacting the competent authority to register ownership of the construction part that has not been updated in the Certificate and must bear all arising costs (if any).

Time for selling auction participation documents: From December 26, 2024, the day HTC Vietnam Joint Stock Auction Company posts the Property Auction Notice until 17:00 on January 9, 2025 (During office hours, excluding holidays) at No. 125 Be Van Dan, Chinh Gian Ward, Thanh Khe District, Da Nang City.

Starting price of the auctioned property: 333,637,500 VND (In words: Eight billion, three hundred thirty-three million, six hundred thirty-seven thousand, five hundred VND).

Price does not include notarization fee for the Auction Property Sale Contract, personal income tax (if any), corporate income tax, VAT (if any).
