The People's Committee of Thach That district (Hanoi) requested to review the responsibility of the Board of Directors of Dai Dong Secondary School and the leaders of Dai Dong Commune People's Committee in managing order in the area, the school, and students when the above incident occurred.
At the same time, the People's Committee of Thach That district directed the Department of Education and Training, the District Police, the People's Committee of Dai Dong commune, the commune police and the school to focus on handling and resolving the incident.

On October 25, a clip of a male student being beaten and filmed by a group of friends went viral on social media, causing outrage among many people.
In the clip, while the male student was sitting and crying, four other male students continuously jumped in to beat him up, using their hands and feet to punch and kick him in the head and body. Another male student stood there filming the clip.
Some locals said the violence in the clip happened at the village's cultural house. The male students in the clip were students of Dai Dong Secondary School, Thach That, Hanoi. When the incident happened, the male students were not wearing uniforms.
In the clip, despite the male student sitting and crying, four other male students continuously rushed in, punching and kicking him in the head and body, while another male student stood there filming the clip.

Some locals said the violence in the clip happened at the village's cultural house. The boys in the clip were students at Dai Dong Secondary School, Thach That, Hanoi. When the incident happened, the boys were not wearing uniforms.
Mr. Do Cong Duc, Principal of Dai Dong Secondary School, confirmed that the students in the clip above are currently in 7th grade, in the same class, and are all students of the school. The fight in the clip happened in June at the village's cultural house.
Mr. Duc said that the school only became aware of the incident on September 16 when the students continued to fight at school. On September 22, the school established a disciplinary council, invited parents from both sides to work, and had the students write a report on the incident.
Accordingly, some students confessed to beating K once, some confessed to beating him twice... K. confessed to being beaten many times on the street, at the cultural house, and at school.
"The school has disciplined the students involved in beating K. at the highest level - temporary suspension (4 days). The students have returned to school since October 24," said Mr. Duc.
