In recent years, the movement to build green spaces in Binh Duong is not only a slogan, but has become a practical action of each citizen. Each tree planted is both a highlight for the living space and a demonstration of the environmental protection awareness of each individual and community.

There are many typical examples that have contributed to spreading the tree planting movement, including the unique garden of Mr. Bien Tan Man, a person who devotes his whole heart to plants, after retiring more than two years ago.

Since retiring, Mr. Bien Tan Man has decided to spend more time taking care of his 5,000m2 garden, not only to relax but also to fulfill his desire to make the space around him greener and fresher.

These are chocolate persimmon trees with fruits larger than 400g, many trees are full of fruit (more than 200 fruits/tree). The golden star apple tree with large fruits and shiny golden skin attracts the eyes of many passersby...

Currently, Mr. Man's garden is covered with countless "unique" fruit trees that are very rare in Vietnam.

Not only does he create green space for his family, Mr. Bien Tan Man also enthusiastically shares his experiences and plant varieties with those around him.

For him, planting trees is not only about taking care of his living space, but also about contributing to the community. “A tree growing is part of a green city, a healthy living environment for everyone,” he said.

The story of Mr. Bien Tan Man is just one of many examples of Binh Duong people’s response to the tree planting movement to build a green city. Thanks to that, a “green ecosystem” not only appears in every family but is also replicated, from residential areas, roads, to parks, to every corner.

Binh Duong is becoming "greener" by the day with gardens, rows of trees, shady roads... thanks to those silent but meaningful contributions.

To experience the “unique” plants in this garden, readers are invited to watch the next episode of the program “I love Binh Duong” produced by Binh Duong Newspaper. The program will be broadcast at 6:00 a.m. on Sunday (January 5, 2025), at the address: www.baobinhduong.vn and on Binh Duong Newspaper’s social media platforms, such as: YouTube, Facebook…
