​Vinamilk is the 'most favorite employer in 2022'

Paying attention to improving the working environment and creating development opportunities for employees, Vinamilk leads many categories in the "Top 100 favorite employers in 2022" vote by Career Builder.

In addition to leading the list of "Top 100 Favorite Employers in 2022", Vinamilk also holds the No. 1 position in "Most Favorite Employer by Industry Group 2022" in the FMCG industry and ranks 7th in the category "Impressive Application Experience".

This result was obtained after the CareerBuilder Vietnam job and recruitment network (under CareerBuilder USA) in collaboration with market research company Amco conducted an annual non-profit survey (lasting from November 28, 2022 - January 9, 2023) with nearly 19,000 respondents of different ages and occupations nationwide, to record the expectations of job seekers and honor the most favorite businesses by industry in 2022. The survey questions were selected according to objective criteria, recording the experiences of job seekers when applying, feelings about current jobs and expectations for the future.

The company representative said that in the context of the unstable post-Covid-19 economy, the company also dominated recruitment surveys, demonstrating the efforts and commitment of the company's leadership team. "Not only providing the right business directions, Vinamilk also ensures an advanced working environment, builds and develops a team of dedicated and highly committed employees, aiming for common goals and values ​​of sustainability," he said.

Previously, Vinamilk was voted by the Anphabe career network community to lead the "Top 100 Best Places to Work in Vietnam" for three consecutive years from 2017-2020 and then became a partner of the above survey. In this role, the company will accompany the organizing committee to promote in-depth research on new trends, measure the attractiveness of employer brands for many businesses, and contribute to promoting the building of a good working environment for the business community in Vietnam.
