Ultra-microfiltration technology from Sweden, a new step forward for Green Farm

After the “double vacuum milk technology”, Vinamilk has recently taken a new step forward by applying Swedish ultra-microfiltration technology in a completely new product, Vinamilk Green Farm Milk, which is high in protein, rich in calcium, low in fat and lactose-free. Thanks to this technology, Vinamilk can proactively adjust the exact ratio of the main components of milk through physical filtration at the molecular level, helping to meet the needs of different customer groups.

Each 250ml box of Green Farm high protein low fat is equivalent to 80g of cooked chicken breast, made entirely from fresh milk without adding whey protein.

More specifically, physical filters at the molecular level help to extract lactose, water... retain milk with high protein and nutrient content, creating high protein milk completely from fresh milk for the first time in Vietnam without adding whey protein.
