A representative of Vietravel Hanoi also said that the number of customers choosing to travel in the fall and winter is gradually increasing every year. According to the unit's statistics, the number of customers in the fall and winter of 2024 is expected to reach more than 40% compared to the number of summer customers. The age of customers going on tours has also changed. If in the past, it was mainly customers over 55 years old who had relatively free time and chose to go in the low season at the end of the year to have good costs, now there is a variety of ages with the group from 18 - 44 years old accounting for 21%, the group from 45 - 55 years old accounting for 26%. Vietravel Hanoi is expected to welcome 10,000 customers to visit the booth and consult about tours during this year's Autumn Festival.
