Vietnam Airlines and MoMo officially "join hands" to link rewards between the Golden Lotus program (Lotusmiles) and MoMo Rewards.
Accordingly, the cooperation will elevate the cooperation between Vietnam Airlines and MoMo by combining the strengths of technology, user ecosystem, partners... to increase benefits and enhance user experience through maximizing the combined incentives and privileges from both sides.

Vietnam Airlines becomes MoMo's first partner to implement a two-way reward exchange model. To receive incentives from the program, users only need to link their Vietnam Airlines Golden Lotus account to their MoMo account with a few simple steps. When converting Golden Lotus Miles to MoMo Coins, users can take full advantage of the miles' benefits by having the option to exchange for exclusive promotional gift cards from services such as dining, traveling, shopping, watching movies, paying bills... from 180,000 multi-service and industry partners of MoMo Rewards. Meanwhile, MoMo Coins can now be accumulated to exchange for Golden Lotus miles to enjoy incentives from Vietnam Airlines such as redeeming reward tickets, redeeming gifts on LotusMall, upgrading services, excess baggage... In particular, right on the MoMo App , users who are not yet Golden Lotus members can easily register for a membership card, immediately receive 2,000 bonus miles and automatically upgrade to Silver membership.
