Vietjet adds new aircraft right before Tet peak

Vietjet's latest A321neo ACF (Airbus Cabin Flex) aircraft landed at Tan Son Nhat International Airport, Ho Chi Minh City after a journey from the Airbus factory in Hamburg, Germany.


The A321neo ACF aircraft is the 111th "member" to join the world's leading modern fleet of Vietjet airline.

With an advanced cabin design, ensuring standards in size and distance between seats, Vietjet's new aircraft will bring passengers the best flight experience. The A321neo ACF aircraft also help reduce fuel consumption and emissions by up to 20%, and reduce noise to the environment by up to 50%.

According to the plan, Vietjet will receive 3 new aircraft in December. In addition to the newly received aircraft, the airline said it plans to short-term wet lease 6 to 10 more aircraft during Tet to best serve the peak travel demand of people and tourists.
