Therefore, many investors have focused on. They are interested in each item in the project and the accompanying works, when the development space of the highway connection opens up, upgrading Phan Thiet urban infrastructure to connect the regions more spaciously and modernly, the key tourist areas are promoted more effectively. Therefore, the story of nearly 7,000 billion VND sounds too big, but the land fund on both sides of the urban expansion road towards Ham Hiep (Ham Thuan Bac) is attracting many businesses and companies that will contribute to creating funding for implementation through bidding to select investors.

This budget is not small, because it ensures the realization of the dream of building a clear and modern coastal corridor, while creating a highlight for the coastal city of Phan Thiet in the near future. Because this is a route included in the Provincial Planning for the period 2021-2030, with a vision to 2050 and is expected to be invested in the 2026-2030 cycle. So where will the funding come from, when in the above period there are a series of key projects to be done, not just this route? According to the leaders of the relevant departments, the Government encourages sea encroachment in accordance with the provisions of the Law on Marine and Island Resources and Environment, Decree No. 11/2021/ND-CP regulating the allocation of certain sea areas to organizations and individuals for exploitation... Therefore, on this coastal route, there are 3 areas, Binh Thuan will encroach on the sea with a total area of ​​80 hectares. Money will be taken from here to implement the project. Currently, there are investors expressing their intention to implement...

It is worth noting that the projects and works considered key for the 2026-2030 period now have investors interested. In general, it is a response to the province's socio-economic development activities, creating a very valuable resonance.

Tan Duc Industrial Park (Ham Tan), which is preparing to come into operation in April 2025, is aiming for that, also responding to the Government's policy on building ecological industrial parks. This industrial park model focuses on the connection and cooperation between enterprises in the same industrial park to promote symbiotic production activities. It is important to comply with the criteria specified in Section 2 of Decree 35/2022/ND-CP to ensure sustainability and contribute to the sustainable development of the industrial zone.

In another development, with large projects attracting "eagles to nest", it is natural that they will also attract satellite companies in the ecosystem. Proof of this is that in Son My 1 Industrial Park (Tan Duc, Ham Tan), there are 2 gas power plants Son My 1, Son My 2 built on an estimated area of ​​200 hectares with a total capacity of 4,500 MW, an LNG port warehouse of about 100 hectares, of which more than 430 hectares of land are reserved for factories and enterprises. When completed, Son My I Industrial Park combined with Son My seaport will have an international strategic role and will become a new key economic sector not only of Binh Thuan but also of the Southern Key Economic Zone. In addition, there is also Son My 2 Industrial Park Phase 1 with an area of ​​over 468 hectares... The province is making every effort to follow the Government's direction to start construction of Son My 2 Industrial Park in September 2025 and move towards handing over the site for the Son My Power Center and Son My LNG Port projects.

From this area, now although big investors have not built factories, it more or less shows that it will attract companies and businesses in the ecosystem to converge, creating a symbiotic relationship. Looking at the general picture of the province in attracting investment at this time, we can also see a wave of investors rushing into Binh Thuan. Rich potential, enough advantages from sea, forest, land and special geographical location, investors have known more or less for many years. But why does it take until now to create the above convergence and bustle?
