UNQLO Vietnam donates 10,000 costumes worth nearly 3 billion VND in 2024

As part of its new initiative, “The Heart of LifeWear,” UNIQLO is committed to supporting refugees, children in need, disaster victims, and vulnerable communities around the world. In addition to HEATTECH thermal clothing, UNIQLO will also donate lightweight, breathable AIRism clothing that is suitable for the climate conditions of each receiving region.

Speaking about this new initiative, Mr. Koji Yanai, Senior Executive Officer of Fast Retailing Group, the parent company of the UNIQLO brand, shared: “ Through “The Heart of LifeWear”, we hope to provide practical support, even if it is small, so that those in need can live a more comfortable and better life .”

In Vietnam, UNIQLO will cooperate with the Hope Foundation to donate 10,000 new HEATTECH thermal clothing, equivalent to nearly 3 billion VND, to children and people in difficult circumstances in Son La, Yen Bai provinces and northern mountainous areas that are often affected by natural disasters such as flash floods and landslides.

With this collaboration, UNIQLO Vietnam and Hope Foundation continue to affirm their commitment to implementing practical support to help support the lives of children in mountainous areas, disadvantaged communities and vulnerable groups here.
