Bac Lieu University recruits more than 500 students, lowest score 15

On August 28, Bac Lieu University announced the first round of additional admissions with 502 targets for 1 college major and 12 university majors.

In particular, the new major opening in 2024 is Tourism and Travel Services Management, recruiting 50 students; the remaining university majors have 6-90 students; and the Preschool Education College major alone recruits 4 students.

The school considers admission based on high school graduation exam results, in which Primary Education majors must have a score of 26.2 or higher; other university majors must have a score of 15; and Preschool Education college majors must have a score of 20.7.

With the admission method based on high school academic results (report card), for Primary Education majors, the 12th grade academic performance must be classified as excellent or the high school graduation score must be from 8.0 or higher; the total score of 3 subjects according to the admission combination must be from 26 points.

The remaining university majors are from 18 points or more.

As for the College of Early Childhood Education, the 12th grade academic performance must be good or the high school graduation score must be from 6.5; the total score of 3 subjects according to the admission combination must be from 23 points or higher.

According to the school, the time to receive additional admission applications is from August 28 to September 5; results will be announced before 5:00 p.m. on September 6.
