On the afternoon of July 8, with the support of the Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs of Ham Tan district, the family of Ms. Do Thi Tuyet Hoa (Phan Thiet) visited and gave gifts to 2 social protection centers for orphans: Me Hien Children's Village in Tan Ha and Hue Duc Orphanage Center in Son My.
Mother Hien Children's Village nurtures 24 children from 7 months to 14 years old. Hue Duc Social Protection Center nurtures 45 children from 7 months old and up. Of these, 31 are attending school at all levels. The delegation presented the children and the center with rice, noodles, milk, cakes, candies, laundry detergent, dishwashing liquid, floor cleaner, massage oil, etc. The total value of the gifts was over 20 million VND.
It is known that Ms. Tuyet Hoa's family regularly does charity work. On the 15th and 1st of every month, Ms. Hoa's family gives 400-500 vegetarian meals to the needy. They also help cook porridge and rice for poor patients at the provincial hospital... and centers and schools that care for the elderly and children in difficult circumstances. These are good deeds that demonstrate the tradition of "helping each other", sharing and helping those who are in difficulty in life.
