At the meeting, the leaders of the Ha Giang Department of Foreign Affairs expressed their pleasure to welcome the delegation of the Pacific Construction Group, China to visit and work in Ha Giang province. Affirming that this is an important opportunity for the two sides to exchange information, learn and expand cooperation. At the same time, they provided general information about the socio-economic development situation of Ha Giang province in recent times, especially information about policies to attract and invite investors to the area. In which, they focused on investing in the planned entertainment service resort; logistics service center in Thanh Thuy international border gate economic zone; investing in industrial cluster infrastructure in Bac Quang district and a number of infrastructure development projects.

Speaking at the meeting, the representative of the delegation of the Pacific Construction Group, China informed about the group and introduced some of the group's infrastructure projects that have been, are being and are preparing to invest in Vietnam. Accordingly, the Pacific Construction Group is one of two companies under the Trang Nghiem Research Institute, in the group of 500 largest enterprises in the world, with revenue in 2024 reaching over 76,433 billion USD. The representative of the delegation of the Group also wishes to make friends and move towards building a long-term cooperative relationship through exchanges to seek investment and cooperation opportunities in Ha Giang province.
During the meeting, the two sides also discussed and clarified mechanisms and preferential policies for attracting investment in Ha Giang province. They agreed that in the coming time, the two sides will coordinate so that the Pacific Construction Group can promote research and investment activities in Ha Giang province./.
