Giving breeding cows to poor families in Tan Phuoc commune

Recently, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of La Gi town organized a cow breeding livelihood model program for poor households in Tan Phuoc commune.

Here, 18 healthy breeding cows that have been fully vaccinated and quarantined by the professional sector were presented to 12 poor households and 6 near-poor households with a total amount of 234 million VND. Of which, the La Gi town “For the Poor” Fund supported 180 million VND, the rest was added by the families.

Ms. Pham Thi Thuong - Chairwoman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of La Gi town sent her congratulations to the families who received support for cows; hoping that the households would do well in raising, caring for, and preventing diseases... so that the cows could continue to grow, contributing to the development of the family economy to escape poverty sustainably. In addition, she also requested the Front, socio-political organizations of the commune, and the village executive board to pay attention, provide guidance on raising techniques, and regularly check the care and raising of cows of the households.

It is known that this is a project to welcome the Vietnam Fatherland Front Congress of Tan Phuoc commune, towards the 9th Congress of Vietnam Fatherland Front of La Gi town, term 2024-2029.
