Summary of the 7th Provincial Technical Innovation Contest

On November 8, the Organizing Committee (OC) of the Technical Innovation Contest (STKT) held the Closing Ceremony of the 7th Provincial STKT Contest in 2022-2023. Comrade Le Huyen, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Head of the Organizing Committee of the Contest attended the ceremony.

The 7th STKT Competition was launched in October 2022 and by July 2023, the Organizing Committee had received 34 solutions and products participating in the competition in the fields of: Medicine, mechanics, automation, electronics, information technology, environmental resources, an increase of 17 products compared to the 6th time. Through the scoring results, the Organizing Committee awarded 1 First Prize; 5 Second Prizes; 4 Third Prizes; 9 Encouragement Prizes. In addition, the Organizing Committee also rewarded 4 collectives with outstanding achievements in propaganda and mobilizing civil servants and public employees in the unit to participate in the competition and achieve high prizes.

Comrade Le Huyen, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, awarded the First Prize to the solution "Wireless medical staff calling device" by author Le Vu Phong (Provincial Hospital).

Speaking at the ceremony, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee emphasized: In recent years, the Provincial STKT Competition has created a movement of creative labor competition, promoting initiatives and technical improvements with many technical solutions effectively applied in production; At the same time, commending the authors and groups of authors who have devoted a lot of time and enthusiasm to scientific research, contributing to the success of this competition. In order for the 8th STKT Competition (2024-2025) and subsequent competitions to achieve better results, he requested the Organizing Committee to promptly advise the Provincial People's Committee to remove difficulties and obstacles in the process of implementing the competition; coordinate with departments, branches and localities to promote propaganda and mobilize all classes of people to participate, in order to arouse and promote the creative potential of science and technology, contributing to the industrialization and modernization of the province.
