In 2024, the provincial Trade Unions at all levels will implement and exceed the set targets and tasks. The role of representing and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of workers will be focused on. Activities to take care of the practical interests of union members and workers will be implemented with many new and practical contents and activities.
Trade Unions at all levels have coordinated to inspect and supervise the implementation of regimes and policies related to employees at 364 units and enterprises. There were 1,252 administrative and public service agencies and units that organized conferences for civil servants and public employees, 433 units and enterprises outside the State sector (with Trade Union organizations) organized conferences for employees, 454 units and enterprises outside the State sector (with Trade Union organizations) organized dialogues at the workplace; there were 142 copies of the Collective Labor Agreement that were amended, supplemented, re-signed, or newly signed to be more favorable to employees than the provisions of the law.

In 2025, with the theme "Focusing on developing union members; participating in building a clean and strong Party", all levels of the provincial Trade Union will continue to innovate the content and methods of operation, promote the representative function, care for and protect the legitimate rights and interests of union members and workers. Strive to develop 13,000 union members or more; establish 31 grassroots trade unions in non-state enterprises that regularly employ 20 or more workers and operate stably; 100% of grassroots trade unions at the grassroots level and 85% of grassroots trade unions are classified as having completed their tasks well or better; 100% of grassroots trade unions at the grassroots level have at least 1 project or product to welcome the Party Congresses at all levels with a signboard from the district level or higher; introduce 1,730 outstanding union members to the Party for consideration, training and admission to the Communist Party of Vietnam...
