Mr. Le Anh Tuan, General Director of FLC Stone, submitted his resignation for personal reasons after more than a year in office.
FLC Investment and Minerals Joint Stock Company ( FLC Stone - stock code: AMD) has just announced a resolution to dismiss Mr. Le Anh Tuan from the position of General Director.
In his resignation letter, Mr. Tuan said that due to some personal reasons and many things that needed to be resolved, he could not focus on doing his current job well. Mr. Tuan was appointed to the position of General Director of FLC Stone from August 2023. Thus, this leader left the company after just over a year in office.
FLC Stone Board of Directors appointed Ms. Dinh Thi Kim Oanh as General Director to replace Mr. Tuan from October 10.
FLC Stone is going through a period of strong changes in its top management. More than a month ago, the company received the resignation of Ms. Tran Thi Huong - Chairwoman of the Board of Directors for personal reasons after 19 months of holding this position.
In addition to resigning from FLC Stone, Ms. Huong also resigned from her position as a member of the Board of Directors and Permanent Deputy General Director at FLC Group. In her resignation letter, Ms. Huong said that this wish arose after the Chairman of the Board of Directors discussed the direction of management, investment and business activities in the coming time.
A week later, FLC Stone elected Mr. Nguyen Van Ngoc - Member of the Board of Directors to replace Ms. Huong's position until a new decision is made.
The next day, Board of Supervisors member Nguyen Thi My Le submitted her resignation for personal reasons. In addition, the company elected Mr. Trinh Quoc Thi as Deputy General Director from October 7.
The high-level personnel changes at FLC Stone took place before the extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders. The meeting is scheduled to be held on October 29 in Hanoi.
AMD shares were forced to be delisted by the Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange (HoSE) in June 2023 for "serious violations of information disclosure obligations".
On July 19, 2023, AMD was allowed to trade on UPCoM by the Hanoi Stock Exchange with a reference price in the first trading session of VND 1,100. However, as soon as it was listed on UPCoM, this stock was immediately put on a trading suspension list.
