Mr. Le Anh Tuan, General Director of FLC Stone, has submitted his resignation from his position for personal reasons after more than a year in office.

FLC Investment and Mineral Joint Stock Company ( FLC Stone - stock code: AMD) has just announced a resolution to dismiss Mr. Le Anh Tuan from his position as General Director.

In his resignation letter, Mr. Tuan stated that due to personal reasons and numerous urgent matters, he was unable to focus on performing his current duties effectively. Mr. Tuan was appointed General Director of FLC Stone in August 2023. Therefore, this leader has left the company after just over a year in office.

The Board of Directors of FLC Stone has appointed Ms. Dinh Thi Kim Oanh as General Director, replacing Mr. Tuan, effective October 10th.

FLC Stone is currently undergoing significant changes in its top management. More than a month ago, the company received the resignation of Ms. Tran Thi Huong, Chairwoman of the Board of Directors, citing personal reasons after 19 months in the position.

In addition to resigning from FLC Stone, Ms. Huong also requested to step down from her position as a Member of the Board of Directors and Permanent Deputy General Director at FLC Group. In her resignation letter, Ms. Huong stated that this aspiration stemmed from a discussion with the Chairman of the Board of Directors regarding the direction of management, investment , and business operations in the coming period.

A week later, FLC Stone elected Mr. Nguyen Van Ngoc, a member of the Board of Directors, to replace Ms. Huong until a new decision is made.

The following day, Ms. Nguyen Thi My Le, a member of the Supervisory Board, submitted her resignation for personal reasons. Additionally, the company elected Mr. Trinh Quoc Thi as Deputy General Director, effective October 7th.

The senior management changes at FLC Stone are taking place ahead of the extraordinary general shareholders' meeting, scheduled for October 29th in Hanoi .

AMD shares were compulsorily delisted by the Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange (HoSE) in June 2023 due to "serious violations of information disclosure obligations".

On July 19, 2023, AMD was allowed to trade on the UPCoM market by the Hanoi Stock Exchange with a reference price of 1,100 VND in the first trading session. However, immediately upon listing on UPCoM, the stock was suspended from trading.
