General Director of Vietnam Television was appointed as Secretary of Quang Binh Party Committee

On the morning of October 31, in Quang Binh, Mr. Hoang Dang Quang, Deputy Head of the Central Organizing Committee, announced the Politburo's decision on the transfer, assignment and appointment of Mr. Le Ngoc Quang, member of the Party Central Committee, General Director of Vietnam Television, to join the Executive Committee, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and hold the position of Secretary of the Quang Binh Provincial Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term.

At the ceremony, Mr. Le Minh Hung, Politburo member, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Head of the Central Organizing Committee presented the decision and flowers to congratulate Mr. Le Ngoc Quang.

The Head of the Central Organizing Committee expressed his belief that Mr. Le Ngoc Quang, together with the leadership, people, and armed forces in the province, will unite and strive to successfully implement the resolution of the 17th Quang Binh Provincial Party Congress.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Le Ngoc Quang affirmed that in his new position, he will work with the Standing Committee and the Executive Committee of the Quang Binh Provincial Party Committee to continuously strive to bring Quang Binh province to continue to develop worthy of the trust and support of the Party Committee, government and people.

Mr. Le Ngoc Quang (50 years old), hometown Thieu Duong commune, Thieu Hoa district, Thanh Hoa province.

He used to be deputy and head of the news department of Vietnam Television.

On November 11, 2019, the Prime Minister signed a decision to appoint Mr. Le Ngoc Quang to the position of Deputy General Director of Vietnam Television.

By November 2020, he held the position of permanent deputy general director of Vietnam Television.

On January 30, 2021, at the 13th National Congress of the Party, Mr. Le Ngoc Quang was elected as a member of the 13th Party Central Committee.

From April 1, 2021, the Prime Minister appointed Mr. Le Ngoc Quang to hold the position of General Director of Vietnam Television.
