The General Secretary also pointed out a number of limitations in the work of receiving people and handling complaints in the past time.
In the coming time, the Party and the State will simultaneously implement many major policies, decisions, and revolutionary strategies, creating a solid foundation for the country to develop. In particular, in preparation for Congresses at all levels, towards the 14th National Party Congress; many key national projects and works will continue to be implemented, more or less affecting the interests of individuals and organizations.
According to the General Secretary, if not properly resolved, complicated complaints and denunciations will arise, while hostile reactionary forces and political opportunists will increasingly take advantage of them to sabotage. Therefore, the General Secretary requested that recent complicated incidents be resolved thoroughly, while synchronous measures be taken to minimize the emergence of new complicated incidents.

For the Government Party Committee, the General Secretary assigned the Government Inspectorate to preside over and coordinate with central ministries, departments and branches to guide and urge localities to review and resolve the above 220 cases, not leaving it to localities, avoiding focusing only on resolving all of their authority without paying attention to resolving all of their content.
