(CLO) On the evening of February 10 (January 13), the 2025 Tran Temple Festival officially opened at the special national relic site of the tombs and temples of the Tran Dynasty kings, Tien Duc commune, Hung Ha district, Thai Binh province. The event was attended by many leaders of the Party, State, and localities, along with a large number of people and tourists from all over the world.
At the opening ceremony, comrade Tran Quoc Vuong, former Politburo member and former Standing member of the Party Central Committee Secretariat, beat the drum to open the Tran Temple Festival in Thai Binh in 2025.

Speaking at the opening ceremony, Chairman of Thai Binh Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Manh Hung emphasized the significance of the festival in honoring the value of the Tran Dynasty's cultural heritage, demonstrating the morality of "remembering the source of water" and showing gratitude to the contributions of our ancestors. The festival is also an opportunity to promote the spirit of patriotic emulation and strive to fulfill the province's socio-economic development goals in 2025.
Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Thai Binh province Nguyen Manh Hung delivered the opening speech of the festival.
In particular, this year also marks the 800th anniversary of the Tran Dynasty's founding. The Tran Temple Festival 2025 not only affirms the great historical value of the Tran Dynasty but also demonstrates the determination and aspiration to rise strongly of Thai Binh province in the new era.

The special art program at the opening ceremony vividly recreated the 175 years of prosperous reign of the Tran Dynasty, praising the merits of wise kings and sages such as King Tran Nhan Tong and Queen Mother Tran Thi Dung.
