The event brought together the presence of senior representatives from the Zalo platform, ZMA's core development team, and many business and technology partners - those who have accompanied and contributed to the success of ZMA today. The event is not only an opportunity for ZMA to express gratitude for the valuable companionship of its partners, but also an affirmation of a strong "transformation", from the stage of building a solid foundation to the stage of breakthrough growth, promising to become a new touchpoint trend between businesses and Vietnamese consumers in the near future. Since then, ZMA has been constantly striving to optimize the platform, diversify applications and expand the partner ecosystem. Mr. Tu also emphasized Zalo's technological orientation in respecting user privacy, encouraging businesses to optimize the customer journey on Zalo to create a personalized interaction channel, thereby bringing sustainable growth. Following the Zalo representative, Mr. Nguyen Tien Tung, ZMA Technical Manager, gave a convincing speech about the platform's 3-year development journey. That journey is divided into 3 distinct stages:
    • Phase 1 (2021-2022): ZMA focuses on non-commercial applications, especially in the fields of public administration, healthcare, education, life utilities... As a result of 2022, ZMA has established ZMA usage behavior with 3 million regular users per month.
    • Phase 2 (2022-2023): ZMA opens to commercial partners, diversifying applications in all fields such as fast-moving consumer goods, fashion, food and beverage, finance... The number of applications increases 5 times, reaching 18 million regular users per month.
    • Phase 3 (2023-2024): ZMA recorded remarkable growth with more than 26,000 applications, serving 24 million regular users. Some businesses applying ZMA have achieved impressive results: 6.7 times increase in campaign efficiency, 3 times increase in revenue and 58% saving in operating costs.
"These impressive numbers are the clearest proof of the great potential of Zalo Mini App. We are committed to continuing to improve the product, upgrade features and support partners and businesses to achieve even better results in the future," Mr. Tung affirmed. The event also honored 7 typical ZMAs, representing applications that effectively exploit the resources that the platform creates for businesses, including: Homefarm, Sendo Farm, Highland Chill He, NAN - Swiss Fresh Milk, Rockstar, Ekoin - Heineken and Enfa. Expanding the network, exploiting potential After the product building phase and affirming the initial potential, the ZMA platform realized the need for a network of technology partners with technical capacity to expand more creative and optimal solutions for users and businesses. Ms. Chu Thi Thanh Xuan, ZMA Partner Manager, shared about the platform's cooperation journey with partners and businesses. Starting with only the first 3 partners in 2022, the platform has now recorded 3 official partners and 9 potential partners, but has contributed up to 70% of the total number of commercial ZMAs of the entire system. This shows the great potential that partners bring in developing the ZMA ecosystem. "We always consider partners an indispensable part of the development journey of Zalo Mini App," Ms. Xuan emphasized. The event awarded certificates to 12 official and potential partners of ZMA, and honored partners with outstanding achievements: CNV Loyalty, Pango, Mmenu, Adtima and Digibird.

Mr. Nguyen Dinh Nhu, ZMA Solution Manager, shared: “With the strength of Zalo as the most popular messaging platform in Vietnam with more than 77.6 million users, Zalo Mini App clearly sees the great potential of the solution ecosystem for businesses, which is to create quick, seamless and effective digital touch points for users.
