This is one of the first large-scale AI Cloud infrastructures in Southeast Asia, self-operated by the GreenNode team based on a commitment to stable operational capacity - Operational Excellence. Mr. Dennis Ang, Senior Business Director of NVIDIA Asia, Australia and New Zealand, emphasized that in order to be at the forefront of the current GenAI wave, companies need two factors: the first is the AI data center and the second is the AI factory - These are also two areas of work that NVIDIA is currently cooperating very closely with the VNG GreenNode and STT GDC teams. " GreenNode's AI Cloud Data Center is located at STT BKK1 (Bangkok), meeting global standards with LEED Gold certification , TIA 942 Rating-3 DCDV and Uptime Tier III . According to GreenNode, the company aims to provide high-end infrastructure and comprehensive AI solutions for customers (one stop solution), deploying a dedicated 20MW AI infrastructure, equipped with a new generation InfiniBand network infrastructure with bandwidth between GreenNode servers up to 3.2Tbps and a large-scale storage platform. Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Lionel Yeo - CEO of ST Telemedia Global Data Centers Southeast Asia said: " In the next 4 years, investment in AI will increase significantly, of which about 30% will come from the Asia region. GreenNode not only provides infrastructure but also builds models itself, leveraging expertise and experience to support startups in developing their models, creating a unique competitive advantage for the company. GreenNode is also a pioneer in Southeast Asia to provide a remote parameter management platform, allowing global customers to access, manage and scale AI training parameters, saving time and effort.
