A total of seven people, including Lynch, died when the 56-metre superyacht Bayesian capsized in a fierce pre-dawn storm on Monday off Porticello in Sicily.
Fifteen people survived, including Lynch's wife, as well as the owner of Bayesian's company and the yacht's captain. With the rescue operation over, attention turned to the investigation into the cause of the incident.

The Termini Imerese prosecutor's office is considering charges of ship manslaughter by negligence and also mass murder, according to Italian judicial sources.
Captain James Cutfield and other survivors have been questioned by the Italian coast guard. None of them have commented publicly on how the ship sank.
Hannah Lynch’s body was discovered on Friday by divers who had been searching the sunken ship for five days. Five other passengers were found dead on Wednesday and Thursday. Earlier, the body of chef Recaldo Thomas was found shortly after the incident.

The rescue team said their team of more than 40 experts had made 123 dives to the wreck of the Bayesian, which now lies on its side and appears to be intact at a depth of 50 metres.
The sinking has surprised even maritime experts, who said that a ship like the Bayesian, built by Italian luxury yacht manufacturer Perini, should have been able to withstand the storm and in any case could not have sunk so quickly.
Giovanni Costantino, CEO of Italian Sea Group, which owns Perini, said the sinking was the result of a series of "indescribable, absurd errors", ruling out any design or construction flaws.

Getting the Bayesian out of the sea could help investigators determine what happened, but the operation would likely be complicated and expensive.
Nick Sloane, a South African engineer who led the salvage operation for the cruise ship Costa Concordia that sank in 2012, said in an interview with Italian media that the operation would cost up to 15 million euros and take six to eight weeks.
Lynch, 59, is one of the UK's most prominent tech entrepreneurs and invited friends and associates on board the luxury yacht to celebrate his acquittal in a US fraud trial in June.
