Captain Tran Thi Bich Thao, President of the Women's Union of the Provincial Border Guard Command, said: Currently, members of the Women's Union of the Provincial Border Guard Command are soldiers who undertake tasks such as: statistics, personnel records, party organization, military medicine, confidential documents, cultural propaganda, military training, finance, etc. Every year, officers and members of the Women's Union of the Provincial Border Guard have successfully implemented emulation movements launched by women's unions at all levels, typically: the movement "Women Border Guards with intelligence - courage, completing tasks well, building happy families, worthy of Uncle Ho's soldiers in the new era"; the campaign "Promoting tradition, dedicating talent, worthy of Uncle Ho's soldiers", "Building a family of 5 no's, 3 clean's".....

Outstanding among those emulation movements is the movement "Women with intelligence and courage, completing their tasks well, building happy families, worthy of Uncle Ho's soldiers in the new era" which has been widely responded to by members. In each position, women of the Border Guard have demonstrated their courage, intelligence, dedication, not afraid of difficulties, and excellently completed their tasks. Not only good at national affairs, women members are also responsible for housework, 100% of members have achieved the title of cultural family, "family of 5 no, 3 clean" is proof of the effort to balance between work and family.

Lieutenant Trinh Thi Phuong Thanh, an officer at the Huu Nghi International Border Gate Border Guard Station and a member of the Women's Union of the Provincial Border Guard Command, said: I always actively respond to and participate in emulation movements launched by the association. Through these movements, I have been trained and matured. Regarding professional work, as a Chinese interpreter, I always strive to improve my knowledge, skills, and enhance my responsibility to complete assigned tasks well.

In addition, the Women's Union of the Provincial Border Guard Command also has many practical activities, contributing to improving the lives of people in the border areas through the program "Accompanying women in the border areas" and the movement "Border Guard joins hands for the poor - No one is left behind". In 2024, the association implemented the project "10,000 star anise and cinnamon seedlings to support women in the border areas" worth 116 million VND; presented over 2,400 gifts worth nearly 1 billion VND to people in difficult circumstances in the border areas...

Ms. Trieu Thi Hang, village 5, Tan Minh commune, Trang Dinh district said: My family is a poor household. Recently, the Women's Union of the Provincial Border Guard Command and local authorities have paid attention to supporting plant varieties and animal breeds to develop the economy, thanks to which my family has more motivation to escape poverty.

In order for the emulation movements to be effective, the Women's Union of the Provincial Border Guard Command has launched and mobilized members to participate in diverse forms of emulation, suitable to the reality of each unit. Thanks to that, every year, 100% of members have completed their tasks well. In recognition of the achievements, in the past 2 years, the Women's Union of the Provincial Border Guard Command has been awarded a certificate of merit by the Chief of the General Political Department of the Vietnam People's Army for its outstanding achievements in implementing the special emulation campaign to celebrate the 30th anniversary of the Traditional Day of Women in the Army and the Women's Committee of the Army (March 10, 1993 - March 10, 2023); and was awarded a certificate of merit by the Provincial Women's Union for its achievements in the work of the association and women's movement during the 2021 - 2026 term...

Ms. Truong Thi Hao, Vice President of the Provincial Women's Union, said: In recent times, the Women's Union of the Provincial Border Guard Command has had creative ways of doing things, bearing its own mark.
