The Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee held a meeting with the Party Building Committees and affiliated units.

On March 21, Comrade Vu Dai Thang, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, chaired a meeting of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee to discuss with the Party Building Committees, the Provincial Party Committee Office and affiliated units the situation and results of activities in the first 3 months of 2025, and key tasks in the coming time. Also attending were Comrade Trinh Thi Minh Thanh, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Pham Duc An, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee.

In the first quarter of 2025, the Party Building Committees, the Provincial Party Committee Office and the units under the Provincial Party Committee actively and proactively advised the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee and the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee according to their assigned functions, tasks and fields and basically completed the assigned tasks. The focus is on concretizing Resolution No. 31 dated December 2, 2024 of the Provincial Party Committee Executive Committee in conjunction with the 2025 working theme "Breakthrough in economic development, creating momentum for the new term". Advise on the implementation of the Central's conclusions and directions on the orientation to continue to arrange and streamline the apparatus; research and propose models of the apparatus, functions and tasks of new organizations in the direction of not organizing at the district level, merging commune-level administrative units.

Concluding the conference, Comrade Vu Dai Thang, Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, acknowledged the efforts of the Party Building Committees, the Provincial Party Committee Office and the units under the Provincial Party Committee for their efforts and proactive implementation of synchronous solutions to complete the huge amount of work since the beginning of the year; especially in the arrangement and streamlining of the organizational apparatus. Thereby, contributing to the effective implementation of the work of organizing and building the Party, building the political system and promoting socio-economic development.

The Provincial Party Secretary emphasized that the tasks in the coming time are very heavy with a large volume, requiring the determination and drastic participation of the entire political system of the province. He requested the Party Building Committees, the Provincial Party Committee Office and affiliated units to continue to advise on the implementation of policies, directions and orientations on continuing to innovate and reorganize the apparatus of the political system to be streamlined and operate effectively and efficiently. In particular, pay attention to the personnel work of the units after the reorganization, ensuring the building of a team of cadres with sufficient capacity and qualities to meet the requirements of the tasks in the coming time. At the same time, strengthen information and propaganda work to create consensus among the people, cadres and party members, facilitating the implementation process.

Along with the organization arrangement, the Provincial Party Secretary requested the Party Building Committees, the Provincial Party Committee Office, and units under the Provincial Party Committee to continue reviewing the tasks in Resolution No. 31 of the Provincial Party Committee to advise on the implementation and completion of the set goals. Proactively grasp the situation, work with local Party committees and authorities at all levels to comprehensively implement the province's political tasks, focusing on discovering and proposing specific solutions to remove difficulties and obstacles in promoting socio-economic development projects to strive to achieve the economic growth target of over 14%. During the implementation process, attention must be paid to inspection and supervision to ensure smooth work, and strictly handle acts of harassment and inconvenience to people and businesses.
