Tam Dao Mushroom Cooperative successfully cultivated Cordycep militaris mushroom strain.

To cope with market fluctuations and technological development, the company has applied digital technology in management; planned to build a leadership team with sufficient capacity and qualities, meeting the demand for quality human resources; restructured the factory towards specialization and streamlining the production workshops.

Strengthening digital transformation in management activities, applying software to human resource management activities; investing heavily in modern production technology, saving energy and reducing emissions, meeting the requirements of the international market, helping to save long-term costs, improve production efficiency and enhance competitiveness. All raw materials and supplies put into production are strictly controlled according to the ISO 9001:2015 quality control process.

Professional and systematic investment along with the application of modern science and technology in production and business activities has helped Viet Duc Steel Pipe Enterprise become one of the top 5 manufacturing factories and top 4 largest construction steel manufacturers in Vietnam.

In 2024, overcoming many difficulties and challenges, the company's production and business activities continued to develop with a total production output of more than 1,120 thousand tons of steel, total revenue of 17 thousand billion VND, contributing 170 billion VND to the State budget. The company is creating jobs and income for more than 800 workers with an average salary of 17 million VND/person/month.

Exploiting the strengths of digital technology, for many years now, Tam Dao Mushroom Cooperative (Hop Chau town) has proactively developed channels to promote and introduce products through websites, e-commerce platforms, and social networks. Up to now, the Cooperative has built and maintained 3 fanpages on the social network platform Facebook, maintained 3 websites to promote products refined from Cordyceps mushrooms, attracting thousands of followers and interactions.

Along with that, the cooperative constantly innovates technology, production lines, improves product quality; actively researches new products to bring to the market.

From 2019 to present, the Cooperative has successfully cultivated the Cordycep militaris strain, helping Tam Dao Mushroom cultivate on a large scale with a yield of approximately 10 tons of Cordyceps mycelium/year, providing pharmaceutical and functional food processing factories with a large amount of safe and quality raw materials.

In 2024, the Cooperative produced and brought to market nearly 1.5 tons of dried Cordyceps, achieving revenue of 10 billion VND, an increase of more than 30% compared to 2023. Currently, Tam Dao Mushroom Cooperative is developing an organic silkworm growing area to use fresh silkworm pupae as raw material for Cordyceps cultivation; implementing a trade promotion cooperation project with travel agencies, tourism and resort service businesses nationwide to consume products.

Along with that, the province prioritizes attracting the development of clusters and high-tech electronics industries; taking advantage of technological advances to develop products and services to meet new needs; at the same time, continuing to implement digital transformation programs, attracting investment in advanced industries, international cooperation to develop a knowledge-based economy... contributing to making Vinh Phuc a bright spot on the national creative startup map.
