With less than 2 weeks left until the Lunar New Year of Giap Thin 2024, to ensure security, order and safety at educational institutions during the Tet holiday and Spring Festival season of 2024, the Department of Education and Training of Nam Dinh province has issued an Official Dispatch directing the Department of Education and Training of districts and cities; units under the Department; Vocational Education and Continuing Education Centers to strengthen direction and organization to thoroughly grasp the directive documents of the Government, Ministry of Education and Training, Provincial Party Committee, Provincial People's Committee and related sectors to raise awareness and responsibility for managers, teachers, staff and students.
Organize for managers, teachers, staff, students to sign a commitment with the school and locality to strictly implement legal regulations on security, order, and safety; commit not to manufacture, produce, trade, store, or illegally use fireworks, weapons, explosives, and supporting tools; not to participate in social evils; prevent and combat school violence; comply with laws on traffic order and safety (especially regulations on alcohol concentration when driving).
