According to the special correspondent of VNA, on the evening of July 3, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh and his wife and the Vietnamese delegation returned to Hanoi, successfully concluding the official visit to South Korea from June 30 to July 3 at the invitation of Prime Minister of the Republic of Korea Han Duck Soo and his wife.

During his official visit to Korea, the Prime Minister had a busy schedule from early morning to late evening every day, with a total of 34 activities.
Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh held talks and met with South Korean Prime Minister Han Duck Soo, South Korean President Yoon Seok Yeol, and National Assembly Speaker Woo Won Shik.
The Prime Minister attended and spoke at the Vietnam-Korea Business Forum, the Vietnam-Korea Tourism Promotion and Cultural Cooperation Forum, the Vietnam-Korea Labor Cooperation Forum; held a dialogue with leaders of Korean economic organizations and a dialogue with Korean intellectuals and scientists on semiconductors and artificial intelligence; and delivered a policy speech at Seoul National University.
Along with that, the Prime Minister worked with leaders of many leading economic groups in Korea and the world such as Samsung, Hyundai, LG, POSCO, Daewoo E&C, GS Engineering & Construction, Celltrion, Hyosung, Lotte, Doosan Enerbility...; and visited the Samsung Group's semiconductor factory in Pyeongtaek city, Gyeonggi province to "witness" the semiconductor industry development model that Vietnam is aiming for.
During this visit, the Government and ministries, branches, localities, agencies and enterprises of the two countries signed and exchanged more than 40 documents and cooperation agreements in many fields: digital transformation, renewable energy, green transformation, climate change, semiconductors, artificial intelligence, science and technology, innovation, startups, finance, trade, investment, tourism, aviation, culture, education, human resource training, infrastructure development, etc.
Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh met with Korean friends; visited the Embassy and met with representatives of the Vietnamese community in Korea; visited a Vietnamese-Korean multicultural family...
Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh's visit to Korea was successful in all aspects, continuing to effectively implement the foreign policy of the 13th National Party Congress, Resolution 34-NQ/TW of the Politburo; and concretizing the Action Program to implement the Vietnam-Korea Comprehensive Strategic Partnership.
